we have launched a complete jobs website for the UAE and Middle East, known as TEN Jobs - Making Dubai Jobs
(UAE) Searching Alot Easier!!! , and it contains UAE job vacancies posted by many of the popular recruitment agencies in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, with an easy search facility
and more articles to help you find a job in the UAE and the Middle East (which currently includes
Saudi Arabia and Qatar). The text originally found on this page has been extensively revised and improved and can now be found here ,
but don't forget to post your resume at Yahoo! HotJobs
and Monster.com for FREE .
Dubai Jobs Search, UAE, United Arab Emirates, Gulf, Middle East Finding work in the United Arab
Emirates [UAE]
The most widely used means of searching for job
vacancies is by looking through the daily newspapers, and
it just so happens that Gulf News and Khaleej Times include
their appointments section online. Gulf News has its appointments
section separated into two sections, Abu
Dhabi & Al Ain and Dubai
& The Northern Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al
Quwain [UAQ], Ras Al Khaimah [RAK], and Fujairah), and each
of these sections is then sub-divided by job classification.
Khaleej Times hosts the daily
PDF
file prepared by the NADIA recruitment agency, which
is one of the gulf's leading recruitment agencies which
has offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah.
The majority of appointments presented
in the daily newspapers, are placed by placement agencies
and the most popular agencies have a website, and most of
these websites will post their jobs online. Below is a list
of recruitment agencies that have updated job posts or job
search facilities.
SOS
Recruitment Consultants
- Includes a page for each job industry with brief details
of each job at the top of the page, which links to the
complete career details below. (Jobs
in Dubai & Abu Dhabi)
Kershaw
Leonard - Categorized into 10 job industries and
then subcategorized by the job's title, which links
to the complete job details.
Bin
Eid Executive Search - Lists job titles specifically
for the hotel industry, which can be clicked for a pop-up
with further information. (Dubai Jobs
& Middle East Jobs)
Clarendon Parker
- Deals with jobs for executives and above throughout
the Middle East. The jobs it offers pay 10,000 dirhams
and above. For the listing of jobs in the United Arab
Emirates, click
here , but most of the jobs are in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Unfortunately, to apply for listed jobs, you will need
to become a member which includes the filling out of
a long registration form.
Future
Match Human Resource Consultancy - Lists available
jobs and the date they were posted. (Jobs
in Dubai and Sharjah)
ABC
Recruitment -
Abu Dhabi based recruitment agency that posts job vacancies
sorted by date. Many of the jobs are for Dubai but they
also have listings for Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, and
Iraq.
EMASCO
- Abu Dhabi recruitment agent with a list of Dubai,
Abu Dhabi, and Gulf vacancies, which is updated everyday.
For a list of employment agencies that
have web sites, click
here . For the contact details to all the recruitment
agencies in the United Arab Emirates, click the links below .
Some group of companies have set up their
own job recruitment websites, which includes Emirates Group,
Al Ghandi, and Etisalat. The recruitment website for Emirates
Group and Etisalat
have online careers, while Al Ghandi's recruitment
website never seems to post online vacancies, but provides
details for contacting them.
For those looking to work in the oil and
gas industry, Pan Emirates Engineering has setup a jobs
website for job vacancies from all major oil and gas
related companies. A good non-UAE online resource for jobs
employment in the oil and gas industries can be found at
OilExec.com. Click
here for their UAE careers. Another good website for
this industry is WorldWideWorker.com, but they don't list
jobs in the UAE, they list jobs for the complete Middle
East . Al Thawiya supplies the major Abu Dhabi oil companies
with manpower, so they posted their job openings here .
For those who still wish to search for
jobs, it is advisable to look through the web sites found
in our UAE Website Directory ,
as the majority of websites found in the directory are company
websites, and a large number of them contain job vacancy
webpages.
Online Employment Resources
Online resources dedicated to the United Arab Emirates can
be found here .
The best of these resouces seems to be Jobs-ME.com, which
is being maintained by Secretarial and Business Services
(SBS), but you need to register to view vacancy details.
Unfortunately, the vacancies they display don't include
a submission date, so there is no real way to tell how old
the entires are. The positions available seem to be a list
of jobs in Dubai and you can click
here to see all of them.
There are a number of middle eastern
online employment resources that list jobs in the
UAE. The best Middle East job resource seems to be
Bayt.com, and you can post your CV on Bayt for free.
CareerMidEast.com also seems quite good and Emirates
Internet & Multimedia (EIM) uses their listings
in their careers section. For a list of UAE vacancies
found at CareerMidEast.com, click here .
Another middle east website is EmiratesRec.com ,
and it has around 7 UAE vacancies a month, but requires
that you signup to view job listings.
When it comes to international job vacancy
websites which list UAE job vacancies, the two best sites
are TotalJobs.com
and Monster.com's vacancies in Dubai
and Abu
Dhabi . EscapeArtist.com
has a regularly updated listing of job vacancies in UAE
(United Arab Emirates) and FlipDog.com use to have a good
listing of vacancies, but doesnt anymore. A few job listings
can also be found at GlobalJobsFair.com, and you can click
the button below to see them.
Another website showing a decent number
of job vacancies is Jobs.NET, you can look at all of the
jobs
in UAE or you can see the ones they have in
Dubai , or
Abu Dhabi . Individuals working in the catering and hospitality
industry, or otherwise known as the hotel industry, can
visit regularly updates list of hotel jobs at Caterer.com ,
which are mainly in Dubai. For Information Technology (IT)
professionals in the computer industry, a few Dubai jobs
can be found at CW
Jobs . Employment & NRI Times also seems to have
an updated list of job
vacancies in the UAE , but it seems to be targetting
individuals living in India.
UAEGraduate.com
is a dedicated website for job recruitment for UAE nationals,
and requires that you register in order to search through
the job vacancies. Registration is free and you can upload
your CV, but the job vacancies are mainly for banks, and
government sector companies.
If you still aren't unable to find a job in the UAE, why
not try applying for a job in America, Canada, and Australia
at Yahoo! HotJobs. With a database of thousands of available
jobs, and new job vacancies added daily, take advantage
of the FREE service

as they are the largest online job website in the world.

your chances for employment, you can tryout out the various
resume, CV, and cover letter services provided at ResumeEdge.com .
